I would test them for the actual film, but I only have a PC Blu-ray player (Archgon MD-8107-U3) right now unfortunately. I have a micro fiber cloth and tried cleaning it, I tried changing the buffer size, and the retry count in MakeMKV, up to 32, and it still won't work. The crazy part is that I got the same error on all of them, and they were all new. I ordered a new one, along with a few more Blu-rays, on eBay - also new, since the seller had a bonus deal going on. I contacted the seller and I got a refund for that disc. It was apparently a rare manufacturing error. All of the bonus features for it failed, and when I looked it up it seemed to indicate physical damage on the drive. I recently backed up all of my old Blu-rays and DVDs to a media server, a few failed but they were super scratched so it wasn't a problem.
